Whitelodge Beach House has been painstakingly restored by the current owners to a very high standard, combining stunning bespoke fittings with state of the art modern conveniences. The mood and feel is coastal luxury. Perfectly situated, the Beach House is 100m from award-winning Long Island Beach. There are short walking tracks to the beach both sides of the house, with no roads to cross, making it very family friendly.

 

The Beach House has three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one bedroom also has a large over-sized bunk which could sleep 2-3 children… kids love the bunk. There are an additional two sofas and single mattress for an occasional extra, but the house is most comfortable with a maximum of eight. All the bedrooms are beautiful, but you will fight over the back room which allows you to listen to the sea with the french doors open on a warm night. Crisp, clean high-quality linen and towels are provided (you will need to bring your own beach towels).

 

The family sized bathrooms are stunning with high-end fittings, including monsoon rain shower heads. 

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including quality cookware, tableware and appliances, coffee grinder and coffee machine, essential pantry items (well stocked) and built-in outdoor BBQ facilities to delight any passionate cook.

We can also arrange a private chef who will come to the house to cater for your needs, and he’s fabulous. Menu and package options are available on request.

The garden has a stunning undercover al fresco area, perfect for entertaining during the day or evening. The area includes a built in BBQ, food preparation area and bar fridge and the dining table seats ten. It is set in the pretty landscaped garden where the olive trees and grapevines provide beautiful afternoon shade.


 

There are two living areas both equipped TV & DVD player, Foxtel, unlimited wifi, and blue tooth sound system. The living areas are light, bright and airy in Summer and warm, cosy and indulgent in Winter with hydronic heating, log burning fire and air-conditioning.




Children are catered for with a porta cot, stroller, high chair and a selection of toys and books. There is a library of books for the adults to read also.




The driveway will take three cars or two cars and a boat. The boat launch ramp is 1km away. The key is located in a key safe on the property. Access details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
